After-sales service

In charge of maintaining the biolog-id hardware and software, the Customer Care department performs remote corrective & preventive actions and diagnostics as well as on-site intervention under contractually defined modalities. Regular quality controls are performed in accordance with ISO 9001 and 13485 standards.
